Until now,my results with the 4HB low carb diet are very satisfactory. In this diet, it seems to be important to have enough protein intake in the morning, so my breakfasts consist of eggs, eggs…and eggs. A variety of egg recipes, adding up to an average of 12 eggs a week.
Because eggs are still commonly considered as cholesterol bombs, although there are a lot of studies which contradict this assumption, I consulted my doctor for a blood test.
I was happy to found out that my blood results after 10 weeks of following the 4HB Low Carb Diet were excellent and the levels of my different cholesterols were as good as ever.
(Extra consideration, some years ago I had already changed my food habits and tried to eat more healthy because my cholesterol was becoming to high. After the change, my cholesterol results returned again to very good values according my doctor.)
